As per our business model we carry huge range of stones in different shapes, sizes and also accept custom orders as per customer’s requirement. When you place a custom order with us, we create each piece according to your requirement and specifications.
Our working model is designed in an easy and convenient manner which fulfills all of the customer’s needs.
We update all the required information while listing our products so unless otherwise stated in the listing all our gemstones and diamonds are 100% natural, earth mined and inspected by the internal quality team.
Though we always standby for the quality as we only supply quality products but still if required we can provide certification for the products we supply at an additional cost, by an approved Gem Testing Laboratory. So contact us for the same.
In-Stock / Limited Quantity Items
All items shown as 'In-Stock' indicates that the items are readily available with us in stock and ready for immediate shipping. All Orders under this are processed within 2-3 Days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items shown as ‘On-Demand’ indicates that these are not readily available in stock but will be made specifically on the customer’s order along with the specifications mentioned. The standard processing time is around 2-3 weeks.
An order is considered as ‘Custom Order’ if the requirement is sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way. When any piece requested, is to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our WebStore is considered as custom order. The order processing time depends upon the Quantity of the order and other factors which is dealt separately.

Note: when an order includes items from mix category or any item from the On-Demand section then it would be dispatched together and would take the maximum processing time as mentioned. Any On-Demand or Custom Ordered item once starts processing, cannot be cancelled or returned. No exceptions.

We accept all major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover etc).
PayPal is the most trusted and the secure payment method used and also it supports all major credit cards as funding sources. We accept PayPal through our secured payment server site 2CheckOut only.
Bank Wire Transfer
We accept Bank Wire Transfers for orders above $1000 only. Please contact us for our bank account information.
Note: In case of bank wire transfer, we will reserve the items maximum for 7 days only.
Once the sale has been approved your items will be shipped as soon as they are processed and you will be notified of the tracking number.
We offer Flat US$20.00 Express Shipping on all orders where shipments usually take 5-7 working days for delivery and can be tracked online at each and every stage. Our Express Shipping methods are FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex and EMS. The Parcels in Express Shipping is fully insured and on delivery signature is required.
Customer can also request for partial shipment in special case but the extra shipping cost involved will be on the customer’s part.
Note: We cannot ship the order at PO Box address thus we need proper complete office/residential address. If the shipment is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason, shipping cost is not refundable and 10% restocking fee will be applicable.
As every country has its own laws thus the same applies on all the imports and we don’t have any control on the taxes levied by the authorities under any circumstances. It is the whole sole responsibility of the customer to bear such extra costs involved in order to get the parcel released from the customs of their own country.
We suggest our customers, to know more about the duties & taxes please visit your country’s custom department website.
Note: In case of any special arrangement required, please contact us prior shipment. Returns for refused shipments because of the taxes & duties imposed will not be accepted.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you can send it back to our address with the documents. Please email us for return instructions and Return Authorization Number (RAN) – No Exchanges without RAN.
Any returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return Shipping charges are not reimbursable. Refund will be processed immediately after receiving the goods back in original condition.
Refund will be either given in the form of Store-Credit or can be transferred into the customer’s account but if transferred to Credit Card or PayPal account, the third party payment processing company will deduct their Fee, which is to be bearded by customer.

Note: All the 'On-Demand' & 'Custom Ordered' items once placed cannot be canceled as we begin to process your order as soon as we receive it in order to enable the quickest possible delivery to you. Also the items returned after the inspection period of 14 days, will not be accepted.
