Question: What Is RAN (Return Authorisation Number)?
Answer: When the customer send an email requesting for return of the product & claims for refund, then on genuine reasons the company issues Return Authorization Number (RAN). Without RAN the company would not accept any returns.
Question: What is the procedure to send the return?
Answer: First, take the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from the company giving the reason for returning the product via email at return@gemsbiz.com or calling at +91 141-2300110. RAN (Return Authorisation Number) is required to be mentioned on the returning consignment. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused cannot be claimed for refunds.

Note: After the sufficient verification by the customers, the return items must be dispatched by the customers in maximum 7 days to the company. The product must be in new, unused, condition with all original packaging materials, original Invoice & other Literature, if any. New and unused mean that there are no scratches on the item otherwise it would not be accepted.
Question: When refunds can be given?
Answer: GemsBiz offers a refund policy in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will not be issued due to "buyers remorse.

Note: Customised orders will not be accepted for refunds or exchange.
Question: How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Answer: Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Graduate Gemologists to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in acceptable condition with original packaging. Be aware that damaged items will not be accepted for return.

If a return is approved then the refund will be credited (exclusive of shipping cost) either to your cash account or to the same mode in which we received you payment within 7-10 business days of receipt considering the time required for processing & inspection of your return at our facility & processing of your return by your credit card company or as the case may be. The refunds credited to your Cash account will be reserved for your next purchase.

(In case if an amount credited to credit cards, then credit card Company may deduct the charges for crediting your account back).
Question: Who will bear the return cost?
Answer: All returns are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by GemsBiz for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.
Question: What are the further terms of refund policy?
Answer: -A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
-All refunds will be subjected to a 10% Restocking Fees.
-Please note that special orders have no return policy.
