Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: First, place the product’s you wish to order in your shopping Cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Bag” button given below the product image. Then, whenever you're ready to place an order, click "Continue Checkout" and follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option.
Question: What is a minimum order quantity?
Answer: The minimum order quantity depends on the value of item.
Question: How do I know that my order has been booked?
Answer: After you click ‘Submit Order’, you will receive a Confirmation Email for your order.
Question: What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation email from you?
Answer: Generally, you will receive a confirmation email for your order within 24 hours time, except in case of any technical difficulties.

Another reason for you to not receive the confirmation email is if the email address provided to us was incorrect. In such a case you can rectify your email address in “My Account” section or contact us at support@gemsbiz.com
Question: Can I order by phone?
Answer: Yes. Please call at +91 141 2300110 to speak to one of our Customer Care Executives.
Question: Do you accept international orders?
Answer: GemsBiz will ship all over the world which includes insurance for the full amount of the   merchandise purchased.
Question: If there was a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit?
Answer: Please don't resubmit before contacting our Customer Care Department via e-mail at sales@gemsbiz.com or contact us at +91 141- 2300110 and we will be happy to assist you.
Question: How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Answer: To cancel an order, please have your order number at hand and contact our Customer Care Department via email at sales@gemsbiz.com or contact us at +91 141-2300110 as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return to GemsBiz according to our 7 days money back return policy after taking the RAN (Return Authorisation Number) from the company via the email.
Question: What if I have placed a duplicate order?
Answer: If you think you might have placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Care Department +91- 141 2300110 or send us email at sales@gemsbiz.com immediately.
Question: Can I change my shipping address after confirming the order?
Answer: The shipping address cannot be changed after confirming your order. However you can alter the address before you click on the “Checkout” button.
Question: Will the items I put in my shopping cart a couple days ago still be available for me to buy?
Answer: The items you placed in your shopping cart are not pulled from inventory until you complete the check out process.  These items will still be available to other customers so an item may be sold out by the time you check out.
Question: Can I request printed catalog or price list?
Answer: No, we don't. We no longer publish any new printed catalog and price list because we update our merchandise on a daily basis, it is not possible to print and distribute printed catalog. That is why we created the Web Store to serve as our catalog. This way our customers get updated of all the new up comings as soon as we have it in stock. Please browse through this website for all information.
Question: What is your Stock-adding schedule?
Answer: We keep updating our stock on a daily/hourly basis, our main stock uploading day is Monday morning. If you have any question or inquiry about our stock you can contact stock@GemsBiz.com
Question: I would like to order more than one of a certain item. How do I change the quantity amount?
Answer: You may change the quantity of an item by clicking on the picture of the item.  This will take you to the product information page and here is where you can enter the quantity you desire, and then add it to your shopping bag.  You can also change the quantity for all items in the shopping cart.  Once you have changed the quantity, be sure to click on the "update" button to save your changes.
