This User Guide explains the design & layout of our website & to give our customer’s best in class experience with a hassle free surfing & a great online shopping experience.

First of all, select the category you are interested in from the top headings viz. Gemstones, Cabochons, Briolettes, Beads, Pearls, Drusy etc.

After clicking on product headings (i.e. Gemstones), you will see the category page with the following options (i.e. Calibrated Cut-Gems, Irregular Gemstones, Gemstone Parcels, Matched Gem Pair etc. You can select the category of your choice & like ways same pattern is followed in case of Cabochons, Briolettes, Beads, Pearls, Drusy etc.

From Category page you will find the way to Product Listing Page.

A list of products will be displayed on your screen after selecting the category (i.e. Calibrated Gemstones) of your choice. Now, go to the Drop down menu & select the stone of your choice (i.e. African Amethyst). This will show the particular stone in all shapes on the screen.

Now, select the shape of your choice here (i.e. Round)

You can also make the selection of the shape first to have the stones in particular shape only on the screen. This way you can make the selection vice –versa.

From the above you can check the following page only shows one particular stone & shape (i.e. African Amethyst Round Shape Gemstone). Here click on the stone heading to view the product description.

In similar manner you can make the selection of other stones also.

The following screen would appear on your desktop where you can view the product description at the bottom. To view the prices, you should be a registered member of GemsBiz. If you are so, please click on to “Login to View Prices” & fill in the login information with your email & password as given below:

Registered members can directly login but if you are not a registered member of GemsBiz, you need to create a new Account & submit your details. After submitting the details the verification of your account will take maximum 48 hours & on approval you will be sent with the Login information to access your account for the online shopping.

After submitting the login information, registered members can view the screen as above with the options to select the size, quality & cut of the stone. On selection of size & quality from the drop down menu the price table would be displayed presenting the Quantity level discounts (if applicable) as given below. With the change in quality & size the pricing changes & thus the options helps you to make best selection in your budget.

Please enter the quantity of stones you wish to purchase, just click on “Add to Shopping Bag” and shout box will be displayed on your screen as given below.

The price table works on the pattern “More Buying More Savings”. You cannot order less than the MOQ given in the quantity box. For more detail check order policy at http://www.gemsbiz.com/explore/Order-Policy.122

Note: The prices would be raised with the said percentage as per your selection of Cut from the drop down menu & would be reflected directly in your Shopping Bag.

You can also add the products of your choice to the “Wishlist” before ordering them. You can also send us an enquiry about the product (if any) by clicking on the “Ask a Question” link and can also refer the product to your friend(s) by clicking on “Recommend” link. “Compare” option helps you to make the comparison.

If you wish to continue shopping more products, click on “Continue Button” which would make you move to your last page.

“Checkout button” will lead you to place your order online And “Click Here” option is if you want to add the similar product to your shopping cart but with a different size, quality or cut.

Before the final checkout you are recommended to visit your “Shopping Bag” (top right corner) & check the number of items you ordered before the final Checkout.

“Edit options” here would help you to make the modifications regarding the Cut. You can also revise the quantity if you wish to order more. On wrong selection, “Remove” option will make you delete the item from your Cart.

Be sure click on the “Update” button to save all modifications & proceed to make the final Checkout.

When you click on checkout button, you will come on to the screen as above to conform your shipping Address. Please fill in the complete details here or check if it is correctly auto filled.

At the end you will find a ticked check box at the bottom of the screen for the same Shipping & Billing Addresses. If you wish to give a separate Shipping Address different from your Billing Address please un-check the box & fill the details for the Shipping Address in the fields as given & click on “Continue” button.

Finally after confirming your Billing & Shipping address, you will come to the screen as above & your complete shopping Bag will be opened with the items you selected in your cart. You can successfully make your payments now by choosing the preferable mode of your choice viz. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or Wire Transfer.

On selecting Credit card or Pay Pal as your payment mode, you will get to this screen of 2Checkout which is our secured payment server for all your payments. Even if you selected Pay Pal as your payment mode, you will get the channel to make your payments through this 2Checkout gateway only where on later screen you will see the option for Pay pal also.
