When you place an order with GemsBiz, we create each piece according to your wishes and specifications as it is not possible that every option is available in every size. Custom Order Request An order is considered custom if your requirement is sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way. Also any piece requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on GemsBiz.com! is considered a custom order. All custom orders are non-returnable. No exceptions. Shipping Policy Once the sale has been approved your items will be shipped as soon as they are processed and you will be notified of the tracking number. • Our standard shipping methods are FedEx, UPS and EMS • Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping price. • All insured shipments will require a signature upon delivery. • GemsBiz reserves the right to choose the shipping partner based on destination & value. Return/Exchange Policy • Any returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of delivery. • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. • Any returned custom order will be refused at the time of delivery. • All returns must be in original packaging and condition or a 10% restocking fee will be imposed. • Damaged returns/exchanges will not be accepted. • Free shipping discount will be deducted from returns. • Our return policy applies to all our products. • Your refund is processed immediately after receiving the parcel back. • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
